As part of building a health care system that ensures the promised continuity of care, we realized that dental care is a great access point to screen our patients frequently. Therefore, we set the dental domain as the initiation point and we branch off from there into overall health, as well as head and neck specific treatments which are our main specialty.

We strongly believe in the adage that says “prevention is better than cure”, hence we ensure that our patients are well-informed and advised of potential health problems. We also believe in treating the cause rather than the symptoms; as a result, we apply a comprehensive multi-disciplinary approach to health issues.

Doctor Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Make the patients feel comfortable and relaxed during the exams and treatment.

2. Provide knowledge about the kind of treatment the patient will be going through and also provide them an insight on the kind of the dental problems the patient has while educating them on the Dion Health comprehensive philosophy.

3. Educate and advise the patient on general oral hygiene after examining the patient's dental condition and abnormalities, explaining the long term benefits to a comprehensive plan.

4. All the patient related dental records, appointments and meetings are scheduled properly at the front desk.

5. Design a Dion Heath triaged plan for treatment of the patients and seek their acceptance, referring internally as needed.

6. Make all the necessary arrangements that will ensure the dental procedure follows smoothly by, arranging the needed dental equipment and products, utilizing the Dion Health in house lab system and helping the patient be mentally stable for the treatment
